  • 1 Your initial prescription is created and sent out to you.
  • 2 You are invited to share your feedback with your practitioner after following a minimum of three days of herbal use at the prescribed dosages.
  • 3 Your prescription is GUARANTEED and will be re-formulated for you by your practitioner if there is anything that needs to be changed within the first month about the prescription to provide an excellent experience that helps you to achieve your health goals with natural medicine.
  • 4 Your prescription is “refillable” and you are encouraged to login to your patient portal to order your refill after filling out a short questionnaire so that your practitioner can change the formula as you progress.

Membership + First Formula

  • This is the fee to become an official member of the clinic and to be assigned your own practitioner. It's a one time cost to onboard and includes your first formula.

    Follow up appointments and refills cost between $24 and $55 depending on the refill or appointment type.
  • Consultation with a personal Practitioner (medical herbalist) from the Zoi Clinic.
  • Review of your health goals, your health history and all submitted forms.
  • Your first customized herbal formula by mail or pick up.
  • Herbal prescriptions that are changed and improved as you progress.

What is Zoi Customized Medicine?

A medicinal herbal formula at the Zoi Clinic is a combination of liquid plant extracts that address specific health concerns. Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) Practitioners are NCCAOM Board Certified Medical Herbalists trained to use plant based rather than chemically based medicine.

What is the process that I should follow?

  1. Register as a Zoi patient via the Customized Herbal Medicine Portal.

  2. Submit the general health history form and consent form.

  1. Submit applicable forms for your heath goals.

  2. Follow instructions to upload a photo of your tongue. (Important for TCM diagnosis)

  3. (Optional) Upload blood labs for a functional health report.

  4. Your Zoi Practitioner analyzes data to formulate a customized herbal formula.

  5. Your formula is created and sent out to you after your approval
