All packages and memberships purchased through Zoi Well Clinic are non-refundable.

If you are unable to use your package as originally intended, the remaining value may be applied as store credit toward other services or products available within Zoi Well Clinic.

Store credit is valid for in-clinic use only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
